Bugs 'n Kisses

I made this card a few months ago, while my dad was in the hospital--during the "rough weeks." I wanted to give him a card that was bright, cheerful and fun to help him forget his gloomy hospital surroundings for a bit. So I looked for the "happiest" SU! color I could find in my stash and Pixie Pink was it.

I layered on different pieces of Tea Party DSP, cut out different shapes and pieces, including scalloped and eyelet borders and just kept gluing things on! Isn't this little dragon fly the cutest?

I like using this set with Stampin' Glitter. Here, I used the aqua color glitter. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but he's really bright and sparkly! He's adhered onto the label from the Matchbox die using Stampin' Dimensionals.
